15-Day Adjustment Period
We offer a 15-day adjustment period from the date of adoption, during which the new owner can evaluate compatibility and ensure a smooth transition for both themselves and the kitten.
During this period, you may:
- Request to return the kitten
- Exchange the kitten for another of your choice (subject to availability), or
- Request a full refund
Conditions for Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds:
- The kitten must be returned in good health and condition, as verified by a licensed veterinarian
- All original adoption documentation must be provided
- The kitten should not have been subjected to abuse, neglect, or unsafe environments during the adjustment period
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of approval

- All returns must be initiated within the 15-day adjustment period
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the kitten has been mistreated or if the conditions above are not met
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error
- If exchanging for another kitten, availability is subject to our current inventory
